Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These regulations define the rules for using the SłodkieStoły.pl website and the conditions for the provision of services by Natalia Marczyńska-Dudzik (NIP: 6762323420, REGON: 360687593, based at: ul. Kilińskiego 47, 32-410 Dobczyce, hereinafter referred to as the 'Contractor'). Using the website and sending an inquiry means acceptance of these regulations.

2. Nature of the inquiry

Important: Sending an inquiry via the contact form or quote form is not synonymous with booking a date or concluding a contract.

  • The form is used solely for initial contact and gathering information necessary to prepare an offer.
  • The Contractor reserves the right to refuse the service in the absence of available dates or other objective reasons.
  • An offer prepared on the basis of an inquiry is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer.

3. Initial conditions of cooperation

To ensure the highest quality of our services, the following rules apply:

  • We fulfill orders for sweet tables with a minimum value specified in an individual offer.
  • Travel costs to the event location are determined individually and added to the final quote.
  • Renting dishes, stands and decorations requires a refundable deposit, the amount of which is specified in the contract.

4. Booking process and conclusion of the contract

The guarantee of booking a date and proceeding with the order is meeting the following conditions:

  • Acceptance of the final quote by the Ordering Party.
  • Signing a contract for the provision of confectionery services.
  • Payment of a deposit in the amount specified in the contract (usually 30% of the order value) within the specified period.
  • Failure to pay the deposit on time is synonymous with resigning from booking the date.

5. Resignation and changes to the order

Any changes to the order (e.g. change in the number of guests, flavors, decorations) must be reported no later than 14 days before the planned event. In the event of resignation from the order after signing the contract, the paid deposit is non-refundable, which constitutes compensation for the reserved date and preparatory costs incurred.

6. Final provisions

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. The Contractor reserves the right to amend the regulations. The changes come into effect on the day they are published on the website.
