2. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Response to inquiries: We process your data (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number) to respond to your message sent via the contact or quote form (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).
  • Service implementation: In the event of establishing cooperation, your data will be processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, issuing an invoice and settlements (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR).
  • Direct marketing: If you give your consent (e.g. by subscribing to the newsletter), we will send you information about our offers and news (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
